Bisher gab es kein Lockfile, und npm ci || npm install kaschierte Fehler. Jetzt liegt ein Lockfile im Repo (keine Abhängigkeiten, 299 Bytes), mit Lockfile gilt nur noch npm ci, ohne Lockfile npm install mit sichtbarer Warnung. Lokal: npm ci + npm test ✓.

Scheiterte npm ci, installierte die CI bisher still per npm install andere Versionen als im
Lockfile. Lockfile-Drift fiel so nie auf und getestet wurde nicht, was ausgeliefert wird.
Jetzt: mit Lockfile nur npm ci; ohne Lockfile npm install mit sichtbarer :⚠️:.
Vorab geprüft: Lockfile auf main synchron (npm install --package-lock-only ohne Diff).
